The "Serie 5000" is the same as "Livius", and these cylinders also named as "WS50" ... (why? ask the maketing department of BKS-Company)
Where ist "Bücking Schlüsseldienst" written on the key, was a locksmith with contracted-Keyway and the other shown cylinder with the Code "RADKXX1" is a part of a masterkeysystem ...

I did not knew it.You have much knowledge about german's locks.The three locks -Livius,Helius and 5000 looks like similar, i don't know what is the difference.They has only differnts keyways.
WS 50 or 5000,BKS are good locks.I like this brand

Tks because of this i write it for You ...

The "Helius" known also as "4200" has 5 Pins,

and "Livius" also known as "5000" or "WS50" are with 6 Pins ...

The keyways are nearly the same, but they are "variation of sub-keyways", because the contracted dealer (f.e. Bücking) has other Keyblanks as an other shop or the cylinder that are manufacted at BKS (like the masterkey-system ( RADKXX1 ) ... the Keyway are the f.e. "RK1289" ... so the key with "RK1389" is not sutable in a cylinder with "RK1289" ... and so on ...

WS 50 or 5000,BKS are good locks.I like this brand

Normally BKS is known for high quality, but these "WS50" (or 5000 or Livius) and the Helius (4200) are have a very wide Keyway so it is very easy to pickt these cylinders, so i whould never recommend these cylinders. (my own private opinion)
When You want use a good cylinder made at BKS , so take a "janus" (4500) or a "Detect3" with 6-Pins and SL-Sidebar (3300)
